李鹏飞编著的《致用英语语法教程》共19讲，每讲分五大模块：①内容提要(Highlights of the Lecture)；②语法术语对照(Key Terms of the Lecture in Bilingual Form)；③学习引言(Hints to Study the Leeture by Quoting the Linguist)；④精讲内容，以《英语专业教学大纲》为准，分了19个章节，精讲语法规则，并结合大量例句，条分缕析。⑤重点难点综合练习(Exercises for the Lecture)。练习的编排原则是由浅人深，由点到面，其中很大一部分练习都可以让学生利用课内和课外时间，自己通过口头形式进行操练或结伴合作完成。部分练习的答案只提供给教师，以期达到引而不发的效果，激励学生多动脑筋，提高自学钻研精神。
