《心月孤圆》是福州开元寺方丈本性禅师为僧30余年的身心灵点滴故事集，重点彰显了他知行合一、慈心悲愿人本理念和人文情怀，展现了改革开放后中青年汉传佛教僧人的时代风貌。由“守正”和“出新”两组文稿辑成。

戎章榕，笔名戎戒、戎也，主任编辑，1957年出生，浙江慈溪人，现供职于福建省政协研究室。福建省炎黄文化研究会理事、福建省作家协会会员、福建省传记学会常务理事、福建省期刊协会特聘专家等。曾从事新闻工作二十多年，办过报纸和杂志，作品曾获得全国、省、市各类奖项近百次：已结集出版《没有结束的逗点》《触摸西欧》《名镇名村览胜》等专著，参与编写的图书有《科学创新论》《台湾“民主政治”透视》《大陆新娘》等。
