The scenario is one of the smartest ones! The performances of the actors are to be presented as examples in the actors schools. One of the best comedies ever made! Three poor friends are looking desperately for money. They are planning to steal the jewels of the crafty owner of a café and one of them is dressed policeman. The problems (or, the adventures) begin when the fake policeman has to solve a mystery with a "stolen" ring. Finally, the last scene when the two of the three friends are met in the police station (the "policeman" and the "wannabe thief") is considered as one of the funniest ones.
