　　2000年，杀不死的杰森被关在水晶湖研究中心，政府为了借杰森研究坏死组织恢复试图将其转移，然而交接时刻杰森再次大开杀戒，危机关头研究员萝文（莱克莎·多伊格 Lexa Doig 饰）把杰森和自己一起封冻。455年后，地球早已不适合人类生存，一支人类科考队返回地球进行考古研究，他们发现了萝文与杰森的尸体，博士卢威（乔纳森·鲍茨 Jonathan Potts 饰）与学生们把尸体带回运输船高刚号，并使用高科技令萝文复活。作为著名杀人狂，杰森尸体的商业价值令卢威心动，岂料杰森在太空船中再次复活并大开杀戒，杰森杀不死的体质结合400年后的科技手段令他的恐怖指数再度上升……
