拉杰（兰比·卡普尔 Ranbir Kapoor 饰）是一位名不见经传的歌手，每天在小酒馆里卖唱维生。一次偶然中，拉杰遇见了名叫萨吉娜（索娜姆·卡波尔 Sonam Kapoor 饰）的女子，萨吉娜的美丽和神秘立刻吸引了拉杰的目光，他对萨吉娜展开了热烈的追求。
