◎简 介
洛基（Eric Stoltz 饰）患有基因疾病，自四岁以来头骨不断生长，这让他的面庞硕大怪异，所幸学习能力未受疾病妨碍。嬉皮士母亲弗洛伦斯（Cher 饰）所做的不但是将洛基独力养大，更培养成他乐观的性格。一班摩托骑士朋友围绕在这对母子周围，给予洛基小集体的支持。洛基在九年级学校生涯中很快凭借自己的优秀表现扭转了新同学们对自己的观感，另一方面弗洛伦斯却因生活压力陷入对毒品的依赖，骑士戈尔与儿子的温情让她停止自暴自弃，但逐渐成人的洛基开始为可望不可即的爱情神伤……
本片获1985年戛纳电影节最佳女演员奖，1986年奥斯卡最佳化妆奖。根据洛基·丹尼斯（Rocky Dennis）的真实故事改编。
