1943年，英国皇家空军中队轰炸德国鲁尔工业区的莫奈(Mohne)水库与索尔培(Sorphe). 英国空军计划轰炸德国鲁尔附近的纳姆水库时，英军以改装的 Lancaster 兰卡斯特重轰炸机,以超低空投掷重型震撼弹(Earthquake bomb,抛投后桶型手机游戏软件下载在水面以“打水漂”的方式撞击水坝根部),。
