◎简 介
故事发生在1955年的法国南特，彼时那里正在进行一场轰轰烈烈的工人罢工运动，而钢铁工人弗朗西斯（理查·贝里 Richard Berry 饰）就是参与其中的一员。弗朗西斯租下了寡妇玛格特（达尼尔·达黎欧 Danielle Darrieux 饰）手里的一间房子，玛格特虽然是资产阶级，但是却对工人阶级充满了同情，时长向他们伸出援手。
