◎简　　介
　　　　本片是著名影星彼得·乌斯蒂诺夫第六次扮演神探波洛，原著创作于1938年，与克里斯蒂的另外两部作品《阳光下的罪恶》、《加勒比海谋杀案》组成了别具风情的“海岛谋杀三部曲”，书中讲述一位女暴君被谋杀，而她的家人个个都有杀人嫌疑，最终大侦探波洛通过抽丝剥茧的缜密推理找出了真凶。值得一提的是亨弗莱·鲍嘉的妻子、好莱坞著名影星劳伦·巴考尔应邀在片中扮演了一位女富翁，对破案起到了关键作用。
