◎简　　介
　　　　在三联帮有杰出表现的山鸡（陈小春 饰）即将迎娶日本帮派山田组的头目草刈一雄（千叶真一 饰）的女儿菜菜子（安雅 饰）。身为好友的陈浩南（郑伊健 饰）及一众香港的黑帮头目也到日本出席了山鸡的婚礼。 三联帮帮主的儿子雷复轰是个有能之士，对父亲的帮派事业毫无兴趣。山鸡成了他心中继承位置的最佳人选，却遭到了同是帮内头目的忠勇伯的反对，他决意要与山鸡争取帮主的地位。两人明争暗斗，忠勇伯这时被袭击了，他认定山鸡指使了人攻击他。俩人再次因为有关政府的方案而互相对立，帮派内讧。 山鸡除了事业上的不如意，妻子菜菜子更被父亲手下强奸了。山鸡正处在水深火热之中，陈浩南前往台湾助山鸡一臂之力，雷复轰却为了帮内团结要把让忠勇伯当帮主。忠勇伯竟在这个时候被杀了，山鸡再次被嫌疑……
