◎简 介
矶部一家六口人搬到新的房子，自搬入之日起，矶部家次子笃平的性情便开始发生转变。随着又一次司法考试的失败，笃平在圣诞前夜将母亲、兄长、嫂子以及两个侄女残忍杀害，随后带着小侄女未来的头颅来到深山野岭，上吊自杀。死前留下了录有古怪留言的录音带。
凶案发生第二天，快递员田宫（铃木裕树 饰）送货至矶部家，在一系列诡异事件后，他发现了凶案现场，却从此被拿着篮球的白色老女的怨灵所纠缠；由于怨灵作祟，未来的小学同学小茜也在凶案次日失去了父亲（宫川一朗太 饰）。这起灭门惨案至此告一段落，但在七年之后，已经上了高中的小茜（南明奈 饰）再次被带回旧日的噩梦之中……
