孔祥智，男，1963年3月生，山东郯城人。现任中国人民大学农业与农村发展学院二级教授、博士生导师。近年来在《经济研究》《管理世界》《中国人民大学学报》等刊物公开发表学术论文300余篇，出版专著（含合著）40余部。曾获农业部软科学成果一等奖，多次获中国农村发展奖、北京市哲学社会科学优秀成果奖等，享受国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴，入选教育部2004年度新世纪人才支持计划。学术兼职：中国合作经济学会副会长、中国农业技术经济学会副会长、中国农村合作经济管理学会副理事长、中国国外农业经济研究会副会长、北京市城郊经济研究会副会长等。主要研究领域：农业政策分析、农村合作经济等。
