人口老龄化是21世纪人类发展的重要特点之一。郑元男编著的《中国老年人休闲体育参加者的流畅休闲满意度与幸福感关系研究（英文版）》探讨我国老年休闲体育参与者的流畅、休闲满意度与幸福感之间的关系，采用“流畅”“休闲满意度”“幸福感”调查问卷，运用项目分析、因子分析、方差分析、相关关系分析和层次回归分析法，对我国5个大城市休闲体育参加者的60周岁以上老年人为研究对象进行了研究。
