任宗哲、白宽犁、王长寿著的《陕西文化发展报告(2018)(英文版)》为陕西蓝皮书系列之一，主要描述并分析2017年陕西文化发展，并对2018年进行展望。该书是由陕西省社会科学院编撰的权威性研究报告，也是陕西省社会科学院编撰的第十本文化蓝皮书。本书共分为六个部分：总报告、宏观视野篇、行业报告篇、公共文化篇、区域报告篇和大事记。

李琴，professor of the School of Translation Studies，Xi’an International Studies University．She received her Ph．D in Comparative Literature from Lanzhou University，and was a visiting scholar at the Faculty of English，University of Cambridge in 20 1 0—20 1 1．Her areas of expertise are translation theories and practices，and comparative literature．She has many publications and served as the lead researcher in a number of funded research projects，including those granted by the National Social Science Fund of China，and the Scientific Research Start—up Fund for Returned Overseas Scholars of the Ministry of Education of China．
