真菌毒素污染是世界范围内威胁食品安全、粮食安全及粮油国际贸易的重因素之一。在此背景下，本次国际真菌毒素大会的召开为全球真菌毒素控制研究科研工作者提供一个学术交流平台，会议主题涵盖抗病育种、田间防控、产后检测与脱毒等整个毒素防控产业链，冯洁编的《真菌毒素控制集成解决方案--第二届MycoKey国际真菌毒素大会论文集(英文版)》收录来自全球17个国家100余篇相关研究摘要，对于加强我国与世界真菌毒素防控的技术交流，保障粮食安全与食品安全具有重要意义。
